We are looking for Business Analysts to bridge the gap between clients and the technical team. You'll gather requirements, define processes, and ensure project delivery in GIS, land digitization, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs
Prepare BRD, SRS, and workflow documents
Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure requirement coverage
Assist in UAT and client presentations
Document use cases, feature lists, and flowcharts
Support data mapping and business validation
Key Skills Required
Requirement gathering & analysis
Document writing: BRD, FSD, SRS
Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Tools: MS Visio, Excel, Google Docs, JIRA
Basic understanding of land/GIS/property data flows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in GIS, e-governance, or public sector IT projects
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Agriculture, or related field
Experience in Agile or SCRUM processes
